Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were large and comfortable, but there was a lingering smell of smoking that was not very pleasant. The hotel's location was very convenient, right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with some cold dishes and a slightly odd breakfast serving time.
The hotel had spacious rooms with air conditioning, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite being designated as non-smoking. The service at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, right across from the Metro station and a short walk from the central bus and train stations. The dining options were limited, and there were delays in service, but the hotel had a strategic location in the beginning of the center of Sofia.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was a bit dated and had some issues like non-working electric sockets and a missing shower door, but it did offer a spacious bathroom and a cozy twin bedroom. The service, although helpful with carrying bags, had some communication problems. The location was convenient, although the ongoing reconstruction was a bit of a nuisance. The dining experience was below expectations, with cold food and delayed service. However, the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is conveniently located, but the rooms lack services and quality, resembling a budget accommodation from the past. The nonsmoking room under the roof with a small window was not appealing.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and offered a nice view from the balcony, although the ongoing construction right outside was a bit of a downside. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and professional. The location was convenient, right next to the Lion's bridge and close to all the sights. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, as the food was below par. The hotel has great potential but needs some improvements to reach its full charm.
